FIBER OPTIC DATA TRANSMISSION
The data transmission devices produced by POLITECNICA make it possible to achieve a bi-directional connection between data gates with serial interface EIA RS-232 or RS-485 at up to 2 km distance from each other, with no need for repeaters.

The advantages of fiber optic data transmission are the following:
